__________________ A good way to train in boxing is to cast a shadow of yourself on a wall, and then spar with it, seeing the way your body moves as you punch. This is called shadow boxing. | A big ugh thus far! No excitement. I did think that Lucy Lawless did okay, Alfonso was pretty good, Carly was oh sooooo bad. Little Richard is a real shame. I think he's gone from B list to Z list. ![]() |
