Looks like the kid Ashley won. I never would have guessed that.

I enjoyed the show....Patti is just awesome and Ashley did really well plus I like how he got the audience involved and pumped up. His recipes "fit" him really well. Gabby looked lost...and I'm sorry...tuna tartare...BLECH!

So that's 2 champs for Wolfgang, huh?!

I happen to like Colin Cowie (the judge). I'd love for him to throw a party for me...he seems so chic........

Exactly!! At least she wore some decent clothes this time.

I think the show needs a category for difficulty of the dish. The kids dish was very simple to make, that's why he had time to stand on the table and walk around and slap hands with the people. The way to win in that show is use the KISS method!

I haven't watched last night's show yet (will try to tonight).

It doesn't seem fair that certain dishes are more difficult and time consuming to make than others: such as for appetizer Alison's lobster vs Cindy's chicken salad and for dessert Alison's crepes vs Tony's ice cream. Perhaps reward those who prepare more difficult dishes with bonus marks besides flavor and presentation?

I don't see a 4/19 thread...guess no one watched. Another ugly hat tonight and Chelsea Cooley paired up with Cat Cora won.

I watched the first two episodes and kind of enjoyed them, but there was too much competition in the timeslot last night.
I could have recorded the show, obviously, but I knew I'd never get round to watching it and as it's all over this week there seemed no point.
The crowd was starting to irritate me too.
Nice that they're pumped up, but they need to ease off a little for me.

That crowd is ridiculous! They must have promised them food or something if they jump up and down and holler for an hour. Damn.

I sort of wish NBC had put this on at 9, there's just too much competition at 8.

Poor Tom Arnold lost to the pretty pageanty teenager, eh?

I think Ugly Hat Lady is probably actually Hair Challenged Lady, but couldn't turn down a TV job. Or maybe not. I mean wigs exist, and well... it's the lack of eyes which is creepy, not the bare sightings of tiny bits of hair on the side.

Did Big Kenny wear a hat to match her? Anyone? I recall he's got a goofy hat fetish too.
