I read that all the shots of them leaving and getting in the car are all ahot at the very beginning of the show, not really as they get fired.

The part of going out the door and into the car was filmed at the beginning before any tasks were filmed.

I read somewhere that all of the filming of the celebs going from the building to the limo is done at the beginning of the season, then the back seat dialog is filmed at the time of the firing. There have been several cases where hairstyles, etc., have been different from the elevator to the limo.
