Have to say it again ... I like John Rich!! What a cool guy. None of those guys wanted to be PM, but he stepped up.
I'm surprised they didn't even out the teams before starting.

I agree -she's got some smarts. To me, this is kind of a hard challenge - to come up with something new/creative?? Yikes! I'd have a hard time coming up with something.
