Well, plenty of people in the past with those exact qualifications have run for president. Personally, I'm not so certain Trump is, in his tiny little Grinch-like heart of hearts, all that serious about running for president, though I do think he seriously loves the attention he's getting for claiming he might be or that others would like him to run.
