I don't know what to feel about the latest episode.

Cyndi was edited very negatively; so negatively, that I wouldn't call her my favorite any longer. At the same time, Maria received just as negative of an edit. I was liking her until now, too. So I think I'm back to rooting for Summer. She sort of had a positive edit by skating under the radar.

As for the guys losing, I'm not upset. I kinda feel bad for them, because they ended up with Luke Bryan instead of Emily West--then again, they probably should have argued for her. But the women did a better overall job, even with all of the drama. I'm curious to see how it'll go next week with Holly/Cyndi/Summer vs. Bret/Sharon/Maria/Curtis.

Ok the shakeups do not make sense to me. The guys lose more members, and than when they combine they get the bigger team? Only one girl should have been tossed to the guys side still giving the girls the advantage for their wins. More people means more targets that are not you on the team.

I agree - I don't know how they guys ended up with two girls - I think they should've split both teams. And I'm looking how Trump splits Sharon and Cyndi and Maria and Holly. Summer is kinda a non-entity since she seems to get along with everyone.

I think it's Bret/Sharon/Maria versus Holly/Cyndi/Summer/Curtis. If you look really quickly before the preview screen changes, you can see Curtis on the ladies side shaking hands with them, so I think Curtis moves over there.

Canadians don’t get previews (at least I don't), so I’m glad you guys keep us informed.

I love how they are matched up - I think it's going to be interesting this week.

I didn't notice the team switches in detail. I only noticed that Sharon and Maria were together.
I like the idea of splitting Cyndi and Sharon up. They were a crazy tag team. I think if Cyndi is with Summer and Holly, she hasn't a shot in Hell.
If it is Sharon, Maria, Bret, and Curtis, I do think it is unfair that the men get a numbers advantage. They obviously need it. I could also see this team being a recipe for disaster.

While I agree that Holly comes across as incredibly snide and condescending, Cyndi was not shown to be a person with whom I would enjoy working. I don't care how much someone knows about a subject, in a situation such as this show, you really need to figure out how to make people feel as if they are part of the process....actually that's a pretty good skill to have in any circumstance. Cyndi didn't really even make an attempt, or pretend to make an attempt at making sure that everyone felt heard. Sometimes making people feel heard is all you need to do.

For the most part I really agree with you. One does need to listen to those around you. But, Maria took offense to what Cyndi said in the van. I think Cyndi wasn't willing to listen to Maria at that point because Maria made a snide comment about Lady GaGa not caring about looking beautiful. That's when Cyndi cut her off. Cyndi immediately stuck up for LGG and said it wasn't true, that she'd worked with LGG. Maria took it as Cyndi not listening to her. Cyndi meant it as a defense of her friend. I saw Cyndi and LGG on a talk show together promoting something they had worked on together. (lipstick?) They (Cyndi and LGG) looked in that interview as if they had struck up a friendship. IIRC that was the first time Cyndi 'cut her off'. It was warranted in my mind because that is what I would do for a friend of mine too, and possibly more vehemently than Cyndi did.

This is her area of expertise. She did work well with Sharon who she knows has tremendous experience in the industry. There could have been improvements, sure, but they did win the task.

I agree with you. I think they treated Cyndi like she had no value and no knowledge, in previous tasks. She basically treated them with the lack of respect they had treated her with.

Because she was project manager they couldn't just dismiss her as she had before, and she seemed to be determined to take the opportunity to show them that she had valuable knowledge and was capable of leading and winning a task. She wanted them to know they underestimated her.
