Much as I love her, Cyndi should have been fired. She's delightful but essentially feckless and I can't really see a place where her particular skills might have come into play. Carol is a condescending bitch, but she was right - there was a much better chance that her skills (she was head writer on Seinfeld for a time) would have proven useful at some point.

The Joan thing was a load of BS, really. She got a burger with truffles on it at the men's diner, said it was cold, then ordered (cold ) tuna salad at the women's and found it better? Reeeaaallly? I happen to love tuna salad, but there is no way some tuna mixed with mayo tastes better than those burgers Curtis was dishing up. I'm sure they would have gotten her a freshly made, hot burger had she wanted it. I think she got involved in the challenge just to snark on Blago.

Ah I didn't know Carol was a writer on Seinfeld. But she did seem to be a downer to the group... didn't seem to have much of a sense of humor.

Cyndi has the name recognition that could be a help in later tasks...

I'm very glad that Cyndi didn't get fired. True, she's pretty ditzy, but her attitude is extremely refreshing on a Trump show.
Watching Annie Duke last season almost totally turned me off to this show!

I think we should consider leaving all the Joan vs. Annie stuff at the door this season. As far as I'm concerned, in retrospect, neither of them showed us a very good face and (assuming Trump lets us) should both be forgotten.

Although if someone wants to toss in the occasional ME-LISSA joke, THAT will be funny FOREVER.
