She's all about buzzwords and pumping herself up... but I still get the feeling Athena wins this task. It's dependent on the strength of the idea more than how good a "producer with 15 years experience" someone is. Clint's idea sucks, so the video will too. Melissa wins, and gets lauded as a heroine (yuck).

And then we get Clint and Joan fighting like hyenas in the boardroom.

Sure. 14 years of vacantly standing around on a red carpet while the actual producer and directors told her to shut up. And maybe 1 year of producing before E! canned her ass.
