Tim's not the one getting distracted by Nicole. The rest of the team are the ones saying they were distracted. But anyway, this was way too predictable a boot. Saw this coming last week.

I suppose that's the best KIND of argument he could make, but I'm not sure he expresses it well, or proves it.

And this is all about the fauxmance. Ick. But then Trump says he fired him for "the idea". Which he probably did and the yelling about the fauxmance was to fill screen-time.

Now if Nicole has a brain in her head, there will be ZERO talk from her about "getting revenge" on Arrow for ganging up on her boyfriend.

And what else is new? If we believe previews he's always really really angry...

The sharp way he's shown saying "you're fired" might also imply that whoever goes was arguing with him at that moment as well. Again, that doesn't tell us much.

Seems to me Frankie Chips hasn't led yet. I think we are due for that...
