A person. We don't call people volatile. Elements can be volatile.

    ..Sounds volatile to me...

(Personally, though, I think he's just whiny.)

    *surmation= Made up word.

I think he is a nice guy that he tried to protect his team in the boardroom.

I think he seems like a genuinely nice guy too. Too bad he had to go.

I was definately a fan of his all through this episode until he had that little pity party in the cab ride of shame. I thought his integrity was refreshing until he misplaced it in favor of sour grapes.

I'm going to see if Yahoo has the unedited clip from the cab ride. I'm sure they edited it for maximum effect -- in this case, negative. I wonder what else he said.

I'd go easy on the guy. I'm usually hard on the ones that are nasty throughout, then continue their venemous attacks in the cabride, but that doesn't describe Bryce, and the stuff he did in this task is commendable past the point of almost any other PM I have seen.

I sat there in shock when he pulled the team together, laid his cards on the table, and kept encouraging and unifying them until the very end. I think this was authentic and real and praiseworthy, and I was surprised that Bryce was doing it -- he has been so passive and unwilling to take a stand on much, yet here in his moment of defeat he was committed and single-minded. (Heck, during the team meeting, he even got LENNY to agree to enter the boardroom! Lenny!? They hate each other!)

Anyway, I think my point is that we know Bryce has trouble controlling his emotions. Sometimes it results in a blowup. I don't consider the cabride affair to negate the value or authenticity of what he did earlier. Yes, it did sour it some for me as well, but I also know Bryce was PO'ed by the end of the boardroom and all his frustration came out in the cabride.

To me, this is different than the control-freak PMs who are consistently condescending (e.g., Andrea). I don't think it was indicative of Bryce's intentions, it was just his human weakness coming out.
