I think it basically comes down to the fact that the people who deserved to be fired (the PMs) he didn't want to fire, so excuses had to be invented to justify firing two others, who also happened to be less "interesting" than the rest.

When people say this action has caused the Trumpster to lose all credibility, does that imply that he ever had any?

Part of me thinks the All execs should have been fired for being a part of the challenge. There are just some products that don't work in the scope of viral video, and All is one of them. Annie's comments about what is needed to get a viral video to be passed along were spot on. There are targets that they work for, and targets that they don't. I think that the reason for the company wanting a viral video is just that: They're trying to shift the All demographic to a younger group instead of grandmas. If they don't succeed in doing that, they're going to lose a lot of business when their main customer base is no more! Since viral videos appeal to the age group they were targeting, they were hoping to widen their customer base. Neither team really got that, although Melissa's group came closer, except for the cursing at the end, for which there was no reason that made any sense, and their poor taste in using the word "midgets." Clint's video was idiotic in terms of the targeted demographic ... or ANY demographic, for that matter.

I think if Khloe had answered Trump's question differently that he might have released Clint. He asked something like what she was learning or getting out of the meetings. She starts raving about how awesome it was to be part of such a wide age group and whatever one was saying. I think Trump wanted her to make a spiel about the evils of DUI. I knew Tionne was going when she admitted to volunteering. This is Celebrity APPRENTICE. Her sin was unforgivable, and there is enough history with the show to support it.

ITA with the above. Trump fired Khloe based on her lackluster response. By saying what she said, she's practically saying that she didn't learn a damn thing from attending her meetings. In fact, she just demonstrated the fact that she wasn't punished enough. She showed very little (if any) remorse for her DUI. Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if Khloe got another DUI in the near future because I don't think she learned anything from her lenient sentence.

That was totally stupid of Tionne to admit to volunteering. There's no excuse for that. She should've watched past seasons of TA before applying for the show.

BTW, Trump should fire the moron who allowed Khloe to be on the show in the first place.

I think that Khloe is just another spoiled Hollywood brat who's had little responsibility throughout her life. I don't feel sorry for her at all, with her pouty, moping, bump-on-a-log attitude.

I buy that Trump didn't know about the DUI because I've had the feeling that Trump didn't even know who Khloe or Tionne were. The way he would get them in the boardroom and then awkwardly say something like "by the way Tionne, I love your music..." led me to believe that the producers were in his ear telling him who she is right before they all walked in. Same with Khlloe.

Agree with you about the Bradford reference. Most likely a producer reminded him that he once fired someone for that reason and they probably had to look the guy's name up.

I hope Dump Truck investigated exactly where Joan, Herschel, Brian and anyone else thay missed whole or parts of tasks. Chloe had her sentence she is serving it out and spoiled or not she deserves to be treated fairly. I know two people that have jobs and DUI's and neither of them have ever lost their jobs over it. I think if your Job involves you driving it may be an issue. Melissa and Joan need to be fired for abuse of drugs, Botox. I swear the look more and more like Wild Cats in the face.

OK, usually I just lurk, but this was TOO much. Trump should have fired the project managers but instead I think he was looking for a way to get rid of the 2 more "boring" contestants. Khloe owned her mistake, she is doing her punishment, just like a whole lot of other young people have done. She is definitely not my favorite on the show but she didn't deserve to be fired for such a bogus reason. ESPECIALLY when Clint did such a piss poor job on all fronts. And I actually liked Clint. But he was a HORRIBLE project mgr.

I said as this all happened, "I don't know if I can watch this show any more." I think much less of Donald Trump now.

Khloe and Tionne were extremely boring, even though they both won their challenges. Melissa R. is a loud mouth (just like her mother) and it would not have been good "show" timing to rid her yet - she and Annie have a lot more arguing to do, and quite frankly I'd rather see them go at it than to have Tionne around, and I really DO like her music. Tionne was a hard worker at least, but Khloe bought nothing and even though Trump gave an incredibly lame excuse to fire her, I see why she's gone. Like Melissa, Clint has more entertaining arguing with Joan. Trump makes no sense sometimes with his reasons so I think it's part for the show and part because he's exerting his power. I'm more upset he has son and daughter dearest at his side ~ talking about bores

Ok I just finished watching this again. When they are deciding PM's. I hear Joan say to Clint she is strong, Melissa and so are you. I think Joan and Melissa are plotting to slowly take people out.I really now think that Joan gave Clint the idea of being PM so she could handle him and give Melissa the win. I don't trust those two Thundercats!

Melissa's face reminds me of how a cat looks when they smell something strange and/or bad! For thoes of you that have cats you know what face I am talking about, mouth half open, nose scrunched up a bit.....
