I agree w/ some things Fortunato said regarding Trump having good instincts. Maybe the decisions are mostly right, but he is way too bombastic. Makes me think he is losing it a little. Making a scene in public had the effect of drawing negative attention to himself and question him, which I doubt is what he intended.

What makes me madder is how come other people can't get away with that kind of tantrum and he thinks he can?

Could you see any other CEO, esp. a woman, making that kind of scene?

I never cared a lot for Martha, but I care less for Donald. He is a business man, throwing a fit over something that could have been settled with a phone call. that's a little too high school for me. I watched some of his shows, but got too bored wth them and won't watch again.

Or could have been settled by just keeping his mouth shut. Her show is off the air and his is still on. Does he need to say or do anything else to feel like the winner?

BTW, I didn't watch the first episode of TA this season and I doubt very much that I'll be watching any of it. I don't know if it's because it's airing on Monday or if I'm just tired of DT, but I have no interest in this show this season.

Hey isn't Trump one of the executive producers for the Martha show? I'm pretty I saw his name pop up in the credits somewhere, but I only watched that show once and could've remembered wrong. If he's one of the producers, then he's kinda dissing his own show.

Well, no, he couldn't have just kept his mouth shut! How in the world would he have been able to prove his superiority over another person if he hadn't proven to the whole world that he's a huge success and she's a failure? Also, he was able to prove to many of us what a jerk he is, but that was pretty much already established.
Apprentice was an interesting show for one or two seasons but I lost interest after that. He was entirely too unpredictble for me. What was considered admirable in one contestant would get another booted, and that was only one of the inconsistencies. I just had too hard a time trying to keep up with his logic.

I agree with you Muduh, when one person is outspoken and defends themselves it's admirable but when another does it, they are accused of making excuses. There have been many people in past seasons that stayed much longer than they should have while others were fired before really given a chance. I think I'll watch when I can but I won't go out of my way to tape it. It reran on MSNBC later in the week last season so maybe I'll catch it if it runs that way again this season.
