I feel bad for Jesse. Clint is totally ignoring him and his awesome ideas. I hope Jesse finds a way to save the whole mess.

I don't get it! It does look to me like they ignored Melissa when she was throwing out ideas. They didn't even look at her or acknowledge that she spoke. Where I come from, that is a slap in the face! Even if you don't like someone you work with, you act like a grown up and treat them with professional courtesy.

Seems to me, if we go by previous board rooms, ME-lissa is the one with the record of "throwing people under the bus", moreso than Annie.

Meanwhile, Clint continues to be a fool. But what else is new? Joan is being edited as relatively low key this episode though. At least so far.

Except we only saw 30 seconds or so. I doubt we saw every idea she threw out, or every reaction to her ideas. We're being led to a certain conclusion by Melissa's claims in the confessional. It may be true, it may not be true. We just don't know.

They don't care for MElissa's ideas and they chose to not comment instead of to shoot them down, one by one. I'm not sure which one is the more mannerly option, but I can't stand M's whining about being left out. Notice that Brande sent Annie away and left MElissa there with her, instead of Brande accompanying Annie and leaving ME there alone. ME could have taken advantage of that time and found some "bonding" time with the Project Manager. All she did was accuse and dramatic exit.

i agree with you -- i don't see melissa as any more selfish than anyone else. the others DO seem to be ignoring her.

abd clint is a total horndog....everything has to have sex in it.

If you want a conspiracy, forget about Brande and Annie. Clearly we just saw Joan and Mr. Black Hat set Jesse up for a fall.

Oh look. ME-lissa gets to "produce" the photo shoot! ME loves any opportunity to put that stern tone to her voice and bark out (mostly unnecessary) orders to people desperately trying to do their job while she hangs over their shoulder like a vulture.
