If the guys don't lose this task it is rigged. They are doing a horrible job. Part of it is they had less people. But a huge part of it, is they sent 3 guys to pick up frickin' cookies!

I think it will have a lot to do with who can deliver on the impossible requests also, not just how much the teams act like real hotel employees; obviously, no one is going to think Joan Rivers or Rodman actually works there.
