I think it would have drawn an enormous crowd. When there's a crowd, people inevitably buy what you're selling. Doesn't Brian sing love songs? That seems like another missed opportunity.

yes, and Clint had his guitar...the song he sings with his wife

You can never count Dennis out of this show. I love how he manages to evade getting fired lol.

I shouldn't watch this show before going to sleep. I just had a weird dream that I was back to teaching in a high school (but a private one, not public, so not quite as nightmarish as it could have been!), and Trump was in the same school teaching Intro to Business. The economy's worse than I thought.

And this is exactly why Trump keeps Dennis. I feel it's all for ratings. People watch to see what he will do or say next. I was surprised he wasn't fired along with Tom last night.

Re: 3/15 Discussion Thread *spoilers*

Hi...

I just watched the last segment. I haven't had a chance to read the board yet, but I just had to share my outrage. I'm a skating fan (though not necessarily a Scott fan) who was on Tom's side last week. I felt he had a lot to offer and was being dismissed and ignored by Scott, Herschel and Clint.

It seems to me that the women had had an obvious advantage from the beginning. They've won by baking better cupcakes, designing an ad campaign to appeal to a harried working woman and finally by more effective marketing of wedding dresses. They must had had more donors than we were led to believe, because while the men seemed to have more customers, it didn't seem that their proceeds came from them, but from the donors.

So Dennis's day/night of partying followed by his ignoramus routine of a day in bed is rewarded while Tom, who did no worse of a job than Herschel, goes home? I don't get it.

Yep.

That's EXACTLY where I was going with that!

I STILL remember those old pics of Dennis parading around in a wedding gown.

When there's a free circus (and, to me, at least, Dennis in a wedding gown would CERTAINLY qualify as a free circus!), I think people will generally stop just to see what's going on. Then, some of them might meander in (or be DRAWN in by whoever might be doing a carnival barker imitation outside) and pay money just to experience or be or have a little part of the show.

Re: 3/15 Discussion Thread *spoilers*

This is the first, and most likely last time I watch this show. I cannot believe that they allow the teams to get so lopsided in people, and give the women such obvious advantages to do. Wedding dresses, cupcakes, working women I just bet if it was motorcycles, fast cars, and oil changes the women would be up in arms. Dennis obviously has an in to stay on the show for awhile and that is why he appears. I see nothing in him of taking anything serious at all, and what a waste of time to have him there as I am not interested in seeing him have a meltdown. I love watching charities get money, and I love good happy tv once in awhile.
