Re: 3/15 Discussion Thread *spoilers*

I agree with those who say the women are at a huge advantage over the men. Baking cupcakes and selling them, and selling wedding dresses definitely gives them the edge, IMO. I feel kind of sorry for the guys that these last two tasks have been so women - oriented.

I was very glad to see Trump fire Tom Green, but it sure seems as if he is keeping Dennis for ratings.

I don't think it is an advantage for the women. I know plenty of women who can't bake, Personally I have had men sell me things I found buying from them because of their knowledge. The men had the advantage when it comes to money and yet they didn't pull in near the money the ladies did.

The men had zero presentation. Imagine if they used Brian Mcknight to serenade the ladies as they tried on the gowns or even Clint Black. I think Deninis would have created a circus act environment but very little in sells.

Dennis obviously has an in to stay on the show for awhile and that is why he appears. I see nothing in him of taking anything serious at all, and what a waste of time to have him there as I am not interested in seeing him have a meltdown. I love watching charities get money, and I love good happy tv once in awhile.
I admit I missed the show last night except for the boardroom, though I'm gathering it had something to do with selling wedding gowns. (I can't watch the video on nbc.com, unfortunately.) But I don't think the cupcake task was necessarily geared towards women - I don't for one second think Joan or Melissa Rivers ever baked a cupcake in their lives, and speaking for myself I don't believe I would have fared much better in a commercial kitchen trying to make hundreds of pastries than my husband might have. As for wedding gowns, I think the person most famous for multiple marriages AND wearing a wedding dress in public is Dennis.

Dennis doesn't seem to be playing this game the same way he did on other reality shows, which makes me think that he was told to ensure maximum drama and not worry about too much else. Unfortunate for his charity, I suppose, but if Trump was that concerned about money going to worthy causes he could have skipped the whole TV thing and just handed out some cash across the board. I didn't see the previews for next week, but I assume the Dennis meltdown will coincide with him being PM (?).

I rarely post, but I have to say how sexist these comments are. For the record, the MAJORITY of chefs and dress designers are MEN. And not all women are adept at cooking and sewing. I guaranty you in the real world, there are men making more decisions regarding marketing than women. I love to cook but am a deplorable baker. My husband on the other hand is a great baker. So was my Dad. That said, as bad a baker as I am, even I can follow a recipe and so could the men.

The only lopsidedness in the whole scenario is who has the wealthiest friends that they can conjure up with a phone call and a $10,000 check.

Feel sorry for the men??? You know, James Brown said it best, "This Is A Man's World!" and he was right!! There is no reason to feel sorry for the men. They deserve to be at a disadvantage, sometime. We get penalized because things are weighted to men's advantage, in the majority of situations. Sometimes, it's nice to see the shoe on the other foot, for change. And I don't think baking or selling put them at a disadvantage. In this wedding dress challenge, I agree with MsDiva that they didn't use what they had to their best advantage. They could have done SO much better! They have no one to blame but themselves!

Last night, was I the only one who noticed that Khloe looked pregnant? They caught a profile of her against the white wedding gowns (I guess it was her) and I could have sworn that I saw a pregnant belly. Was there another woman dressed in black? My eyes could have been playing tricks on me.

My post wasn't insinuating that men can't bake or design wedding gowns. I also think Trump wants or is gearing toward a woman winning it this season. This is my opinion.

I wouldn't give Dennis the time of day! What type of person is he appealing to?

What use is Dennis Rodman, he claims he leads but much leadership is done by example and what does he do when there is work to do? He goes and finds a bar and gets a cranberry and vodka. Why is he on this show? I find him ugly to look at and useless as a teammate.
