Khloe seems to have a better handle on using her teams traits. Instead of just getting frustrated by them.

Take the people with ideas, let them pitch, watch the focus groups reactions.

Yeah, Tom and Dennis are being bullish about their ideas. But their teammates are just shotting them down, instead of taking pieces that might work and trying to work with it. Which they should be doing since they don't have ideas of their own.

It is easy to say, "That sucks" but if you can't replace it with something you have NOTHING!

Kinda like working with volunteers, don't tell them what to do but when they offer suggestions....let them know you are waiting for them to DO IT.
They usually run the other way.
