I noticed the same thing, and yes, he was the one who suggested that Carol be the spokesperson. He made some good suggestions, and I think that Vinnie deserved better than he got from the women.

Am I the only person that felt Piers is more sincere than both Steve and Vinny?
I do feel that Trump will likely to fire Vinny over Piers but instead by accepting Vinny's resignation so to save the embarrassment from Vinny.
From men side,the next one to go will likely be Trace.I don't think Trace is that committed to the "game" but more like an observer.Between the battle of Steve and Piers that Trace will likely be the sacrificial lamb to take the fall.Lennox will be around for quite a while since he sells and others will like to have him around just so they can have the edge over women.

Vinny is the reason that women won the round.
For the treatment that they showed toward Vinny makes you wonder about how they cannot win any round at all.....

Me, too But Vinnie really left Trump no choice I think that if Vinnie had fought to stay, The Donald would have fired Piers.

I laughed out loud when the ending cut to black. It hit me as I was trying to place where I heard the song they were playing. Notice how they did shots of the people around on the streets, like something else will happen? I had to point it out to my husband.

We didn't hear any limo confessional from Vinnie (or else the cut to black would not have been effective), but he has said everything he needed to say during his confessionals throughout the entire show.

I thought Donald Jr. looked as if he has lost a lot of weight since last season. And while he still looked like a deer caught in the headlights, I think he spoke more this episode than ever...though didn't say much

I didn't see Vinny making any final words in the town car either. I think they are kind of making this into a two-parter with next week's show. On the scenes for next week's show, Baldwin is in talking to Trump about how Piers is driving him crazy.

Maybe trump gets so annoyed at Piers, he kicks him out and brings back Vinny?

Thanks for clearing that up about the use of the Town Cars this season! I guess I was so struck by Vinny staring up at the building before he got in that I'd only noticed WHAT he was getting into at that point.

And I'm thinking you might have a point about a possible two-parter with next week's show, too.

Vinnie is a hypocrite. When Piers told him to be a spy, he could have said “I’m not comfortable with that”, etc. Instead, he really gets “into” it, creating the scene of a loud phony fight with Piers.

Then he goes over and does his spy thing, passing information back to Hydra.
Then he confesses to Marilu, and says he’s really a double agent.
Then we later walks off and waits to talk to Trump.
Then in the Boardroom he says he was used and that Piers made him do it.
Then he says he was acting, and he wants to resign from the show,
Then he says he’ll stay if Piers is fired.

Okay Vinnie, make up your mind.

While I think the black out ending was clever, I got an overdose of the Sopranos, and got tired of Vinnie’s goombah lingo. He got money for his charity last week, but I’m glad he’s gone. Trump had no choice but to let him go, and I seriously doubt that he'll let him come back (except for final task where departed players help remaining players.)

He was supposed to be on Dancing with the Stars, and he quit that, too. Ha! Now, THAT would have been funny.
