Bingo! As these are all marginal D-Listers, the way to jumpstart their careers wouldn't be to appear as idiots. In that regard, Gene Simmons was clever to manipulate his being booted at just the right time.

The women were even more short-handed this week. That is what kept Jenny in a more clerical role. Anyone know if they were allowed to hire staff? If so, the ladies could come out of the tent.

Yes Gene was very wise to do exactly what he did. Too late for Nely to leave with her reputation in tact. Nevermind her poor performance, thinking that Gene took a bullet for her is pure humiliation and she did that to herself!

If Jenny & Carol felt so underused then step up and do what you need to get heard and understood. I hate women who whine about being under utilized.

Exactly! Why didn't either one of them step up at all? Jennie's ousting was well-deserved. Worse yet, her cab confessional was extremely lame. She wouldn't even acknowledge the fact that she shot herself in the foot twice in the BR. I'm glad I wasn't a fan of Jennie's to begin with. An ungracious loser indeed.

BTW, I hate men who whine about being underutilized just as much as I hate women who whine about it. Remember Rob F. from Season 2?!

Fear is not a sign of weakness. We all experience it, at times, no matter how confident we may normally be. Fear of being humiliated is on the top of the list for us.

Being the strong willed woman I am. I find it hard for someone to blame anyone for their own feeling of being scared, humiliated or Inept. If you feel that way maybe its because you are.

My parents raised me not to fear anything and I don't. Why should Omarosa be held responsible for Carol and Jenny not stepping up to the plate and taking a stand. I'm not buying it. Carol & Jenny aren't afraid of Omarosa, bad press or anything but themselves.

Oh MsDiva... I must disagree. None of these women are inept... In fact thay are far from it. They are all strong successful women who have accomplished a lot.

But Omarossa acts like a bully and I see these women as having too much class and are not wiling to stoop to her level. If they were to say anything back they know that Omarossa doesn't have any social graciousness not to sling nasty words their way...not a battle they want to have on National TV. and they know that she doesn't have the ability to "lead" and have a conversation with someone without being nasty...90% of what Omarossa is trying to convey could be said in a nice way. I don't think the women are Inept for not going head to head with a crazy lady...

I agree and will add that no matter how confident or strong we are there are situations where fear is present with everyone. It is a part of the human condition.

These women don't care about winning on a reality show. Anyone in the media is hyper alert when exposed because their reputation is crucial to their success. It is something they guard and tend at all times.

Omarosa is a bully, but only because the others allow her to be one. All the other women need to do is stand up to her, and she'll either back off or look like an idiot for continuing her behavior. When Vinnie stood up to her and backed up his opinion with concrete evidence, she backed off (or editing showed her to have backed off). The women need to grow a pair and put that deluded bitch in her place. The only power she has is that which the others give her.

If her teammates are so weak and so stupid to put up with her behaviors that they claim to despise, then they deserve what they get as a result.

It's very possible to deal with Omarosa and not lose your dignity. I have dealt and still do deal with the Omarosa's of the world handily. I'm not asking Carol to come down to Omarosa's level of playing. I simply ask that Carol step up and be a PM and show that she has all this talent she keeps referring to.

The best way to deal with the Omarosa's of the world is not attempt to go at them toe to toe in a sparing match of words, you won't win. Carol needs to show her by actually being responsible for a win and capably handling Omarosa so she will have no ammunition should she not come out on top.

Carol comes into the boardroom whining about what Omarosa has done that is hindering them from winning. Come armed with a list of what Carol did that helped the team that was of value. Counter all of O's attacks with the strenght of your job on the project and let the chips fall where they may.

Sometimes in Business you need to show your teeth, Otherwise you will be the one feeling the bite.
