Re: 1/24 Show Discussion **spoilers**

I am going to have to find Omarosa and ask her to write a book. "How to make others feckless morons" or Omarosa's guide to ego crushing blows" I mean really I adore Omarosa but people give her way to much credit for being a bully.

I am of the school of you feel like an ineffectual nothing or inept it's probably because you are. O is not responsible for how they feel they need to be a woman and buy some nerves. Carol Alt's lame attempt at putting down Omarosa are air balls at best.

Right now it feels like you just have to have one friend bring a checkbook, write a big check and now you are done. How is that business sense?
This is not about being good business people. It's stricklyl about star power!! And this show is not about how many widgets anyone can sell, but it is all about how much money they can generate. This is much the way a non-profit operates! Contributions rather than sales of goods and/or services -

Omorasa is the layman's Paris Hilton. Both built hugely successful careers on a smide of reality tv and have milked it successfully ever since. They have staying power (although the attention is not necessarily positive).

I give them both props for working very hard at building their careers. As much as she's a you-know-what (and she offends me as much as anyone) I give Omarosa major props. Paris too. They are savy, hard-working, and fearless (for the most part). Who cares that neither it talented. they are doing way better in life than I could even dream of.

Watch. Omarosa will do something so crass and/or stupid, I'll have to eat my words.

I don't understand why the PM du Jour doesn't put Omarosa in her place right away, as soon as she "acts out" at the beginning of any given project. Set the boundaries right then and there regarding what will not be tolerated and what is expected. Hell, that's Management 101 -- it works with third graders!

Re: 1/24 Show Discussion **spoilers**

The Omarosa on this Celebrity addition is different than the one that was on her season. The last time Omarosa seemed determined to do the least amount of work and be nasty. That can't be said this season, now she is seen as working and yet still finding the time to be nasty, lol. The mere fact that she has not come close to the boardroom lately speaks volumes.

Last weeks loss fell on Nely and Gene. This week's loss can be attributed to Nely not just taking the cash and Marilu's failure to promote the celebrity she had in DHP. The man was standing around dressed like a tourist looking for a hotdog to buy.

If Jenny & Carol felt so underused then step up and do what you need to get heard and understood. I hate women who whine about being under utilized.

Re: 1/24 Show Discussion **spoilers**

I attribute Omarosa's avoidance of the boardroom to the fear she engenders in the women. Once things are mixed up and she has to face some of the men I expect things will change.

Other than her creating an atmosphere of fear on the women's team I'm unable to list her contributions. Perhaps all of the ideas she's proffered to the group that would have made a difference in the women's losing record were edited out, but, considering how she has The Donald wrapped around her finger, I doubt it.

What fear? Omarosa is not going to eat them alive. The only thing Carol and jenny feared imo was failing. Carol & Jenny are scared of failing and so they choose to takea backseat and not say anything so not to be blamed for the team failing. As the women slowly get picked off then we will see if Carol shows any of the smarts she claims to be hiding behind her vacant eyes. I seriously doubt it.

The fear I saw in Tiffany's eyes when she, rightly, suggested the women use their celebrity in the first challenge, and was humiliated by Omarosa for doing so. (So much for Omarosa's brilliant business acumen) The fear in Tiffany's eyes in the boardroom in the face of Omarosa's vicious attack. You may not see the fear, but I believe I do. And apparently, so does Carol Alt. Considering Carol's proximity to the situation, I'm going with her opinion instead of yours.

Yep, I saw that.

Fear is not a sign of weakness. We all experience it, at times, no matter how confident we may normally be. Fear of being humiliated is on the top of the list for us.
