Re: 1/10 Show Discussion **spoilers** I thought the ladies' ad was a little cheesy - having the voice-overs done from the perspective of the dogs. It was almost like something they would do on SNL. As far as I can tell, Gene Simmons did very little - aside from decide that Hydra was not going to talk to the Pedigree rep and go directly to the shoot location. He basically let Stephen Baldwin take care of everything. I did not like how Simmons and Baldwin would not let any of the others get involved. And considering the rest apparently were not doing anything - why not let some of them talk to the Pedigree guy or talk to Ivanka Trump? Even if you do not take any of Pedigree guy's comments into consideration for the ad, he is the client and you don't want to make the client think that you don't care about his suggestions. Same with talking to Ivanka - don't just brush her off since she is Trump's daughter. Let Piers explain whatever he wants while the rest (read: Baldwin, Simmons and Lennox Lewis) continue doing whatever it was they were doing. I found both Simmons and Baldwin (albeit to a lesser degree) rude and condescending. But they did win, so what do I know. That being said - I didn't think Piers should have corrected Simmons in the board meeting. I also agree that Nely's little morning stretch exercise thing was annoying. Before a ballet performance once, the choreographer made us stand in a circle, hold hands and pray. I wasn't offended (though I am not Christian), but I thought it was inappropriate. I'm just not for all that rah-rah team spirit, bonding stuff.

![]() That's so damned annoying! But then again, Nely is also the one that wasted time with the ugly hats and called it "branding." (WTF???)

Re: 1/10 Show Discussion **spoilers** I just watched this last night. Yes, I didn't have anything else to do and there was nothing else on. But I just don't understand the appeal of this season. I was so bored! I only watched about half of it and then the other half was spent flipping through channels and occasionally watching. I think the males are going to trounce the females. At least that's how it's looking. I hardly know any of these so called celebs though. So, maybe that's why I wasn't interested? Maybe it was just the episode?

Re: 1/10 Show Discussion **spoilers** I loved it when Gene Simmons said something like, "Go back to the hotel. Watch some cartoons. Relax. Stephen and I will take care of everything." LOL!!

| Re: 1/10 Show Discussion **spoilers** Last night I saw a commercial for...jeez, can't remember the name of the product - the one they made commercials for...using the adopt-a-dog theme. It wasn't either of the two team's commercial, but thematically, it more resembled the women's commercial, which is the one I thought was more effective in doing what I assume they were aiming to do - get people to adopt a dog. So I stand by my opinion that the women's commercial was the less professional looking of the two, but was a better ad altogether.

Re: 1/10 Show Discussion **spoilers** The Pedigree guy said, and Pedigree's website confirms, that the commercial will air during the Westminster Dog Show which is about 4 weeks from now. If you go to Pedigree.com - Home you can watch and then vote for which commercial you like best - Trump's Choice or the Underdog Choice, LOL. So I wonder if Pedigree has necessarily made up its mind (although the voting is strongly in favor of Hydra's effort).
