| Re: 1/10 Show Discussion **spoilers** Fame and celebrity are a matter of perspective. Before this season, I had never heard of Trace Adkins, Nely Galan, Vincent Pastore, Tiffany Fallon or Piers Morgan. And probably still wouldn't give them the time of day. Others that I thought were recognizable (even to my wife), many people hadn't heard of. |

Trace is one of a fairly large group of people who are reasonably famous in so called "red states" but mostly unknown in "blue" ones. Piers is a nobody, who is only known because he was on a lame reality show that was on during the summer when there was little competition. Tiffany Fallon is in most ways totally interchangeable with a hundred other ex-beauty pageant contestants/ex-playboy models, although again there's a red state/blue state distinction in that she's apparently married to a country music star and seen on country music red carpets a lot. Nely Galan is supposedly a big deal to a portion of the Latino community, because she's created a ton of high profile Spanish language entertainment, and helped run Telemundo for a while. The English speaking world only knows her for that terrible show, The Swan, but she's done a lot more. She's obviously prospered via a lot of Trump level self-hype though, if her performance on TA is any indication.

| Re: 1/10 Show Discussion **spoilers** So while trying to compliment Nadia Trump calls everyone else a looser. I really hope that he doesn't think that everyone who got a Silver medal at the Olympics is a looser...

| Re: 1/10 Show Discussion **spoilers** Really? I wouldn't put Trace in there...I'd trade out Tito for Trace...and out of Vincent, Trace, Lennox and Tito...I see Vincent going first.

In both cases the project managers were at fault for the loss, but they led. Badly, but they led. It seemed apparent that neither Tiffany nor Nadia were meant to lead, so, they were led to the door. You may be right about Trace though. As I think about it I seem to remember him bringing up a good idea and then fighting successfully for it. Am I right in that? If so then I'll limit my selections for first to go as Lennox and Vincent. Otherwise, he's in the 'first to go group'. ![]() | |

| Re: 1/10 Show Discussion **spoilers** Nely is coming off as a total disaster. The commerical she produced was absolute amateur tutt for someone who supposedly had a heavy hand in running a national TV network. And at the end she even had the nerve to argue with Trump that her's was better. She's taking that white light coming out of her ass BS way too seriously. |

| Re: 1/10 Show Discussion **spoilers** Well, there is the thought that "There's no such thing as winning a silver, it's called losing the gold.". Whether you like it or not, that is the philosophy that made America great in a lot of areas. |

| Re: 1/10 Show Discussion **spoilers** how did Omarosa become a celebrity? why is she in this 'celebrity' apprentice? She can't seriously still be looking to work for Trump -- the fact that she shows up on his show is evidence she's already gotten to him. Why is the Donald bowing to her?? She, as has been said ably here already, is a waste of space. I go away for two months next week, so won't be able to keep up with this program (visually, at least). I'm even going to where there is no internet, so will only be able to keep tabs every couple of weeks via this site, when I hit the nearest city to the remote beach where I'll be hanging out. Enjoy y'all...hope the Baldwin (barf) doesn't gross you out too much, nor the (e)G(o)ene (barf x 2), nor even the Ovagrossa herself. |

| Re: 1/10 Show Discussion **spoilers** I read that one of the celebs backed out and this may be why Omarosa was cast. She is an abrasive personality sure to create tension and drama, that is reason enough to include her. She may have been on the short list for that reason alone. It has been established in reality world that the terms celebrity and star are used to describe someone who has been on TV in some way, no matter how remote. I love this show! I hope he does another. |
