So basically Nadia gets fired because she's not a flesh eating barracuda. She's better off and I think she looked a bit relieved to be going home.

I think the women's ad was better, too. The men's was more professional looking and Trace's voiceover was great, but the woman's made me want to adopt a dog, which I assume is the actual intent of these things. And I'm a cat person

The men's ad was better. Not perfect, when a mere title card could have improved it, but very good.

That said, Gene was a mega-ass and Stephen wasn't much better. And I think Gene got off light for his treatment of Ivanka. I mean all he needs to have done is see a single episode from the past seasons of TA to see she's not a total bink. His sexism has to be built in, pretty deep.

Nelly continues to stun me, for two weeks in a row, with how incompetent she is. She's supposed to be this major TV executive. But she's clueless. And plastic. And annoying.

Marilu was okay. She made mistakes, that's for sure, but at least she was mature about the situation. Not something you can EVER say about Omagrossa, who continues to prove she's one of the biggest wastes of space ever to appear on the planet.

Nadia wasn't given much airtime to define herself. She came off as a real zero. Which most people don't think she is, in actuality.

We didn't get to see much of Carol, but man... the other women seem to have it in for her. There may be a "where there's smoke there's fire" thing going on. I mean its just too easy to think they are all jealous 'cause she's "the pretty girl". I mean they had a Playboy playmate, and a beautiful softball playing girl there to hate on if that was the case. Maybe she's a real bitch and we haven't been shown it yet.

Piers and Tito both threw out minor "moron" vibes, but given that they were dealing with Gene and Stephen, maybe its not that surprising.

The men's commercial was awesome, and I shamefully don't know Lenox Lewis' face (although, I know the name), or Trace's voice, but that ad made me want to help out those dogs.

I'm not sure what's going to save the women, even with the possible addition of Gene. Utilize your star power. They didn't learn the first time? They've got two professionals involved in entertainment at the head of this challenge, and they can't win? Oh boy.

i don't think that is such a big factor. i think the donald was right when he said that if the women had contacted hef last week they would have won. the men are using their resources wisely and the women needed to take a clue from their first loss.

Well, once again, I am in the minority....I still love and adore Gene

....though I didn't like the fact that him and Stephen blocked out their team while getting the ad together.

The guys did a great job...err I mean Gene and Stephen..I also agree not allowing the others to participate other than Lennox and Trace in the Ad...(I don't think Pastore said one word this episode) was fair at all to them. Could you just see that broadroom had the men lost....but heck they didn't and so that was that.

Oh..and I did not like Gene's attitude towards Trump's DD! I don't think Gene would appreciate someone speaking to his Sophie the way he spoke to Avanka.

Oh and just one more thing...Omarosa should have never laughed/chuckled while the guys Ad was running in the broadroom...that did not help the ladies at all...even if she did like it just BE QUIET..why did she do that.....I think she thought she would get points with Lennox esp now that we all know she thinks he is hot.
