Charity: Marilu's charity is The Physician's Committee For Responsible Medicine (PCRM). PERSONAL CONNECTION: Marilu has written 6 books on nutrition and eating for health. Her husband, who suffered from both bladder and lung cancer, credits the healthy diet Marilu prescribed for him with saving his life. Marilu supports the PCRM's research and educational programs, which focus on nutrition and preventive medicine.

Marilu Henner, best known as a Broadway, TV and film actress, is also a full-time mom and author of "Marilu Henner's Total Health Makeover", "Marilu Henner's 30-Day Total Health Makeover", "Healthy Life Kitchen", "Healthy Kids", "I Refuse To Raise A Brat", and "Healthy Holidays".
Henner's entire life is a testimony to the power of her approach to health. That energy and her extraordinary talents as an actress were unleashed to rave reviews on Broadway as "Roxie Hart" in Chicago, across the country as "Annie" in the National Company of Annie Get Your Gun and most recently as "Lee" the sexy provocative stranger in The Tale of the Allergist's Wife.
Henner started her professional acting career starring in the first national touring company of Grease, later appearing with the Broadway company. This was followed by Over Here, Pal Joey, and later in Social Security directed by Mike Nichols. Henner went on to appear in numerous television shows including "Taxi", "Evening Shade" and eventually became executive producer and host of the "The Marilu Show."
Throughout her career Henner has gone on to produce and star in several television movies and feature films including "Blood Brothers" (with Richard Gere), "Between the Lines" (with Jeff Goldblum), "Hammett" (with Frederic Forrest) and "LA Story" (with Steve Martin).
Henner is mother of two boys, Nicholas and Joseph.

It will be interesting to see Marilu on here...I've always liked her and thought her to be one of those ballsy type of friends to have around!

They should have picked a different picture for her. That picture doesn't do her justice.

I think she has a chance. She really seems to know the natural health business.

Hard to believe though this may be, but I dislike her even more than I dislike Omarosa. Well, okay, maybe I've just disliked her longer. But dislike her I do and I dearly hope she gets fired soon, and often.

ETA: Oh yeah, totally forgot - I've disliked Gene Simmons even longer than I've disliked Marilu, so hoping he goes first, then her, then Omarosa.

I thought it was great how she just kept her mouth shut in the board room. You could tell that she thought Omarossa should be held to the wall, but she was going to let the others do it and stay off the firing line (literally)

I found her compelling. I am not all that familiar with her other than Taxi and her being a healthy eating fanatic. I don't even know what kind of food trip she supports. She may have a good shot at winning or at least lasting for a long time given her manner last night.
