Britney, Paris and Lindsay? I can't even imagine.

August 20, 2007 -- DONALD Trump wants to try to whip the world's most famous trio of bimbos into shape and save their careers.

The Donald tells Page Six he's talking with Britney Spears about appearing on his upcoming "Celebrity Apprentice," and that Paris Hilton has also expressed an interest in being scrutinized by the mega-mogul. He's also planning to call Lindsay Lohan this week to see if she'd be willing to try to salvage her plummeting career on the show.

"We're negotiating with Britney right now. Can you imagine her doing it?" Trump told Page Six. "We're not sure what will happen. She's a [bleep]ing mess. And that little reality show she had did nothing. But she likes the idea of being on television and I think she'd be great." Hilton, he adds, "wants to be on, and we're thinking about it, but I don't know if we're going to do it."

And Lohan? "Another [bleep]ing mess. We haven't asked her yet, but I'm going to call her this week. It would a positive thing for her to do . . . for all of them," he says.

Hilton's spokesman, Mike Sitrick, said he wasn't aware of any deal but acknowledged that Trump and Paris's father, Rick Hilton, are friends. Reps for Spears and Lohan didn't get back to us.

In the meantime, Trump says he's already signed an eye-popping list of A-listers, B-listers and has-beens to be subjected to his notorious "You're Fired" treatment.

They include: Jim Cramer, Carmen Electra, Joan Rivers, Naomi Judd, George Foreman, original "Apprentice" villain Amorosa, Kimora Lee Simmons, Pete Rose, Dana Patrick, Tony Hawk and Jeff Gordon.

"There are more than a hundred others who want to be on the show," Trump said.

One big name who definitely won't appear is Rosie O'Donnell, who slung mud with Trump when she was on "The View." After Trump recently said he'd consider having her on, her rep shot back, "It will not happen in this lifetime or beyond."

In the celebrity version of "The Apprentice," the stars will raise money for various charities during the competition in which they vie to work for Trump.

Gordon not appearing on 'Apprentice': A spokesman for Jeff Gordon said the NASCAR driver has not been signed to appear on the upcoming season of Donald Trump's "The Apprentice," denying a report in the New York Post. The paper's gossip site, Page Six, wrote that Trump had signed numerous stars for the NBC show, including Gordon, Pete Rose, George Foreman, Jim Cramer, Carmen Electra, Joan Rivers, Naomi Judd, Kimora Lee Simmons and Tony Hawk. But Jim Dowd, a Trump spokesman, wrote in an e-mail to the Free Press that "none of those names are confirmed or signed." Wrote Dowd: "What ran in the (report) was speculation at this stage and not confirmed by NBC or by the producers." Jon Edwards, a spokesman for Gordon, said Gordon "has not agreed to participate." "They contacted me with very little specifics, and I explained that I highly doubt that Jeff would be able to participate because taping coincides with the 'Chase for the NASCAR Nextel Cup,' " Edwards wrote in an e-mail. Well, here's the names of people that are rumored to be signed to be on Celebrity Apprentice....

Omarosa, Lennox Lewis, Tito Ortiz, Gene Simmons, Stephen Baldwin, Carol Alt, Vincent Pastore, John Cena and Marilu Henner

Naturally, I figured Omarosa would be back
Stephen Baldwin, I guess is going to be on every reality show he can!
Vincent Pastore-I assumed he figured out this would be less strenuous than DWTS

I'm pulling for Gene Simmons......to me, the only one worth watching...and I don't even know that I can watch it since I don't care for Trump or Omarosa

Trump must be so desperate... as usual.

I can't stand Trump, stopped watching The Apprentice after season 3, and there's not one single person in those lists who would even entice me to look for the remote control, much less tune in to see them on a Trump show.

Joan Rivers, Omarosa, Kimora Simmons, Donald Trump all on the same show? The ego and stupidity factor would blow a hole in the ozone layer.

Yeah that's what I thought too dag....if I'm not mistaken Carol Alt is a pretty good businesswoman too...

I don't know what cave I've been living in, but I hadn't heard anything about a "Celebrity Apprentice" until now. I was just coming here to see if The Apprentice would be back at all this year. I'm disappointed that it won't, but this celebrity version should be entertaining.
