The new Us Weekly reports that Boy Meets Boy bachelor James Getzlaff and winner Wes Culwell have broken up “after five months of dating.” Well, we hate to break it to Us, but it would be impossible for the guys to be broken up since they were never really dating in the first place. In fact, Out.com has learned that before the show began taping, James was already dating Universal film executive Mark Markline. While neither James nor Mark would comment for this item, it has been noted around Los Angeles—where they have been seen sharing some romantic moments in public over the past several months—that the pair began seeing each other two weeks before James started taping the Bravo series. Producers tell us they had no idea James was dating someone before they began shooting. Once again, the truth is more delicious than fiction.

I thought he was joking about his solicitation for more dates although, now that you mention it, why would he get "slammed" for that. Also, does this make anyone feel differently about the interview he did with James and Ted (from QE) in which he all touchy-feely with James during the interview?
