Are those by Celia Rivenbark? She writes a usually very funny column in my Sunday paper.Originally Posted by Trista;3613225;
Last night I bought P.S. I Love You by Cecelia Ahren. It is soo different from the movie (and better IMO) so far. It is all set in Ireland and is more of a comedy than a drama. At least I've laughed more than cried as opposed to the movie which I balled my eyes out during! I am only half way through but I definately reccomend it!

^ I agree that the book was miles better than the movie.

Not yet purchased (because they're not out yet!) but looking forward to purchasing in September:
Her Fearful Symmetry by Audrey Niffenegger & The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown.

I just bought The 12th and 13th books in the Stephanie Plum Series and a very interesting horror novel called Mister B. Gone by Clive Barker. I know the SP ones will be great, I'm hoping Mister B. Gone will be as good as everyone says it is. I don't usually read horror and this one sounds especially twisted.

I just bought The Help. Since I loved that book so very much, I thought it only right that I throw some financial support in the author's direction.

I bought a boxed set with the first seven Sookie Stackhouse books by Charlaine Harris. I'm reading book four right now, and so far, it's Team Eric I'm pulling for.
I just got Blood Promise-the 4th book in the Vampire Academy series by Richelle Mead. Love this series and the Succubus ones by her.
