    As long as he's admitting it's not non-fiction, I don't think it's that big of a deal. There's SO much fiction that has a basis in reality, and I think that's what he's doing here. John Grisham and Michael Crichton have both written books that have a basis in personal experience, but are works of fiction. It's a rather good way to write - writing what you know.

    Unless Frey drops the annoying Habit of capitalizing random nouns, I refuse to read this new Book of his.

    Having said that, I think he actually is a talented writer. I think publishing what is essentially a sequel to Pieces is a huge error in judgment, however. Better to explore new, non-autobiographical avenues, IMO.
