Thanks! He's my 7-month old baby boy. I know the glasses aren't too manly, but his cousin gave them to him. It was hard to pick just one picture to use so I'll probably switch it up soon.

RE: The Kite Runner, I've been reading some reviews, and it does sound fantastic. I hope the 131 people ahead of me at the library read quickly!

Oh, y'all will LOVE this book. Lots to discuss with this one.

Be sure to get a box of Kleenex.

Jewelsy, is it worth it to buy the book? (I like buying good books)

The wait at the library is too much for me

I'm not Jewelsy, but I would definitely buy this book! I think it's the best thing I've read in at least two years. The only downside with buying it is that it's SO memorable you won't need to reread it for a long time. I'm sure you could get a good deal at Amazon!

I agree momo. Callie, it's definitely a keeper and worth the $$.

I put in for this book at the library but I am on the waiting list. But I did get my copy of the Year of Magical Thinking and Cell, so I guess I'm skipping April's book.

Isn't it great Callie? I read it a little over 2 weeks ago and it grabbed me from the first couple of pages. I don't know where you are at, but it just keeps on getting better.
