At this moment, S. J. Rozan, I love her Bill Smith and Lydia Chin series! (But, I am also pretty crazy about Lisa Lutz and her Spellman Files series too.) :)

Most of my favs have already been mentioned here but one I found just recently is Lisa See. I started out with Shanghai Girls and have now worked my through 4 more of her books.
