    has anyone read this book?
    and good ratings?
    my friend is currently reading this book. and by the way he describes it, it sounds really good.
    now i am not talking about the manga version.

    You mean the one about the killing game & the class of 9th graders? If so, I didn't read the book (yet) but I have seen the movie and it was quite good.

    I have heard the book is better than the movie, but I have yet to read it or see the movie.

    I have several friends who really, really like the book. Lord of Flies doubled, if you will.

    I echo Frostelized. If you mean the book that movie was based on... I can't wait to read it. Where can I find it? I've seen the movie several times, and it's awesome... if you aren't deeply offended by seeing a bunch of 9th graders kill each other...

    I give it (three thumbs up), after all, Star Wars Ep. 3 just came out!

    Looks like you can get it on Amazon (I just did a quick search).

    The censors must think it is an 18th Century historical novel or something. OOPS!
