    [Book Club]: January Book List

I, Crissy, am back again with another list of adventures for you all! I tried again to compile a pretty fair list with different genres in it to satisfy all readers on the FORT. The highlighted ones had been previously voted on or suggested several times. Enjoy!

    Anne McCaffrey "Dragonflight"
    Yann Martel "Life of Pi"
    Chuck Palahnuik "Diary: A Novel"
    Alexandre Dumas "The Three Musketeers"
J.D. Robb & Nora Roberts "Imitation of Death"
    Dan Brown "Deception Point"
    Stephanie Laurens "The Lady Chosen"
    Laura Hillenbrand "Seabiscuit"
    Martha Grimes "Foul Matter"
Tom Clancy "The Teeth of the Tiger"
    Jonathan Coleman "Exit the Rainmaker"
MULDER: It's still there, Scully. 200,000 years down in the ice.

    SCULLY:
    Leave it there.

I read Deception Point. I thought it was about a 5 on a scale of 1-10...

I've read Dragonflight probably fifty times in my life, since first discovering it when I was eight. Big

My list is getting kinda small and empty, all! any suggestions for the list? I will take anything as long as it is appropriate.. I'm trying to add a bunch of books to the list in a wide variety. So, if you like sci-fi, fantasy, romance, true story, etc., just let me know!

I think Dean Koontz' new one, "Odd Thomas" was excellent.

Wow. I havent read Dumas since 11th grade. I think I'll go back and read it again and see what I think of it now. I liked it rather well back then.

Good news, John! Odd Thomas actually made its way onto my list after I did some new release searching...

stargazer401 -- We actually were assigned The Three Musketeers in Honors World History about a month ago. We've just dived into it but he's already expecting us to fully understand it and be as far as the 25th chapter...
