I don't often buy books for the titles, but I am sometimes guilty of buying a book based on the cover. If I see a cover that's intruiging, I might take a quick look at the synopsis before deciding to buy it.

My dad always told me that the first sentece is the most important one, so sometimes I'll just read the first sentence and then decide if I should buy it.

Me too, brenna. I always check out books that catch my eye. I've found some very interesting books that way that I might not have ever found.

Walked past it, had to pick it up, and it's a young adult version of Bridget Jones, very hilarious. Had to buy it. But I don't usually just buy them for the title, I read the synopsis, and like the others, I also have been guilty of looking at books because of their covers.

I don't know why, but had to see what it was about. I enjoyed it.

Confederacy Of Dunces. I don't know why. I don't buy many books, but I check a LOT out from the liberry. And I frequently choose those because of the title.
