Topper is the quintessential stylist: After 14 years in the business, he does both hair and color – and does it well. He moved to Los Angeles looking to immediately style at a high-end salon and in a short time has worked hard to build his clientele.

I liked him last season. Lobeck - you're right about the hair! MUCH better! It always puzzles me when hairstylists have bad hair. It's like a dentist with bad teeth
