Tish Rourke has been specializing in manicures and pedicures for well over a decade and is the sole manicurist at Jonathan Salon in Beverly Hills.

Her history working with some of Los Angeles' hottest trendsetters has come in handy. "I'm very well connected. I can get into any bar or club," said Rourke.

Originally from Modesto, Rourke learned the "salon biz" from her mother who owned a beauty parlor. She has established a name for herself in the nail community for her famed "high roller buff" and has many celebrity clients including Renee Zellweger, Courtney Cox, and Jennifer Garner.

In her down time, she enjoys going out on the prowl with her gal pals, which includes her coworker Alicia Grandstedt. Though business and pleasure are sometimes known to mix in the beauty business, Rourke remains firm that she would never date a client.

Yes..it's always "handy" to be able to get into a bar. She's reached her goal it sounds. :rolleyes

IMO, she's a jerk. Even if she has a right to be mad about something, there are certain tactful ways to go about "disagreeing with someone".

I agree with Maveno and Jakesmommy.

Trish is a nstry, nasty, woman. There was no reason for her to smart off to Kim, then Jen, the way she did.

To me, she's either very insecure, or arrogant to the point where she actually believes she can go around talking to people like they're dog poop in the street.

Something tells me she better cool it around Jen, though.

Okay, we already know who the major b*tch in the show is. It didn't take long for her to show her nasty self.

She is an extremely rude person. She made that perfectly clear in the last episode. She is probably bitter because she's an old hag compared to the other employees.

What's with her. Tish came off as a major bitch the morning of the 'not' opening. Even when Jen 'pink hair' tried to mediate Tish was in major PMS mode. Obviously there are cliques and tensions in the West Hollywood store. I don't understand why people don't have any professional courtesy to each other anymore. I mean you don't have to like each other but a polite hi, how are you? while secretly in your head you are wishing that person dead. It makes for a smoother working relationship. Believe me I know I have 3 assholes here at work who are just like Tish. No matter how many times I've tried to be nice I get it right in the face. Do these people understand that there is a certain point other people won't help them as far as promotions etc.
If I ever see a truck heading for these guys I am not going to warn them to jump out of the way. Although I've been told that people like that enjoy pissing people off and I shouldn't waste my energy on them it can be hard to do, cause they constantly do things, such as the opening night party when Tish and Michael totally ignored the receptionist and Jason as they were greeting everyone at the door.

I do not know why she acts like that she make work in a "posh" salon, but sweetheart you do nails for a living. Her attitude is so nasty, I cant wait for someone to put her in her place.

I don't know what her problem is. I don't think it should have to do with her age or what she does for a living. IMO, she needs to start being concerned with the way she treats people. So far, I can only see trouble coming from her.
