My husband and I were at Wally world and happened to run across some Biggest Loser fitness DVDs for only 10 bucks, so we got 2: Cardio Blast and Yoga. We have only done the Cardio so far at the easiest level (on each DVD you can customize your workout from beginner to advanced basically) and it was enough to kick my butt! The easiest level on Cardio was instructed by Bob, and I think Jillian and Kim instruct on there too. I hope to try the easiest level of the Yoga tomorrow, and will let ya know how that goes.

Has anyone else tried these? Thoughts?
