That's Canada. In the US many people have trouble convincing insurance companies to even pay for cancer treatments ,mammograms and post natal care. I think any type of plastic surgery is off limits for a lot of people.

Yes, Eny, I should have clarified, I was talking about Canada. From what I've heard, U.S. insurance companies have far stricter guidelines and do much more thorough claims investigations than their Canadian counterparts.
