This show sucks us in even though we know that this is not the healthy way to lose weight. Not even bad but really bad. No matter it is a fascinating show. Jillian and Bob have made lame attempts to make money on exercise videos when we all know that diet is 80% of the journey. Subway is not the road to follow. Low carb is the only proven diet that makes sense. The big, fleshy, puffy rolls that is Subway are the counter point to what both Bob and Jillian advocate.
We watch anyway. I have 30 pounds to lose and can relate. Small amount you say, sure, it is. To me it is insurmountable.
