Former Host Caroline Rhea Has Baby Girl

Haven't seen this posted here yet. Just announced yesterday:

"The couple welcomed Ava Rhea Economopoulous into the world on Oct. 20, and the little gal tipped the scales just an ounce shy of 9 pounds and measured in at 22.5 inches. Thanks to the father's letter-happy last name, Rhea said they "wanted the shortest first name possible, since her last name is the alphabet."

Caroline's 44 and this is her first baby. You go, girl--giving hope to us 40-somethings everywhere!

That is one heck of a name!!

Good for her for having a baby so late in life. I hope everything goes well and she is happy.

Congrats to her... but..... Ava Rhea? The little girl's going to gain the nickname of "Diarrhea" when she gets a bit older unless she keeps that middle name hidden. *sigh*

Can't say that sounds a lot better... and kids won't let the supposed pronunciation stop them!
Although it is pretty hard to come up with a torture proof name, some combinations do "ask" for it.
