Tonight is nostalgia night. The gym has been locked and the losers are working out with their respective teams around the ranch.

Bob has his team outdoors doing all kinds of workouts. Insert dramatic montage of Erik and his journey to weight loss. Bob also tells Amy that since she's the only female left on his team, she needs to work out like a man.

Red team works out inside... on the stairs doing a series of lunges. Red team montage shows them noticing their weight loss. Pam tries on a large tshirt and says it's the first time in ages she's worn anything without an X. Kim says she really notices how everyone is looking; Wiley has lost his belly, Ken is looking smaller, and the girls are looking really good.

Linda from .... Idaho or Iowa... has lost 47lbs at home and has gone from 214 to 167. She looks great... especially at 54 yrs old!

First challenge: they are at the LA Coliseum. They've been away from home for about two months and their reward will be watching videos from home. They get a little video up on the video scoreboard as a pep talk.

Erik's daughter has the cutest little voice.

The challenge is that each team member has to do a full wave around the Coliseum. That involves 500 waves. Huh? I don't get how they are going to do this....

Okay... they have to run up an entire set of stairs to the top. The teams sit in a row and do the wave. Move to the next seat and do it again.

Red team has lost the ability to wave. I see no arms in the air.

Interesting... red team thought they were behind, but they only had 130 seats left and blue team had 136 seats. But the red team appears to have collapsed and Ken doesn't look like he can continue.

How hard can it be to stand up and down? I must try it sometime.

They have to sit in each section around the Coliseum, stand up and do the wave, then have to move to the next section. Geez, they have to sit in each seat in a certain row all the way around.

Red team quit. They still have 130 left and blue team had 107 left.

Blue team wins... they're ecstatic to win their first reward challenge. Red team is pissed at Ken. Pam is obnoxious. OBNOXIOUS.
