Sorry, TMI. I got carried away.

No, I haven't tried Curve but have been tempted. I have never, ever been by there when the place is open.

mine is open 8-12,then 3:30 to 7. not the best hours - but I have to make the time for myself. schedule it just like any other appt.

I'm always buying into something new (ball, core, WATP) - just can't seem to stick with it.

They do have really crappy hours, but I think the exercises there are very gentle on your knees. And of course there's always walking. Walk walk walk (I need to practice what I preach. )

I walk 3 miles most mornings but I'm home and cleaned up long before 8. That's the reason I'm thinking about the Y. I like the 5 am start time.

First challenge: they've shut down the Colorado Street bridge in Pasadena, CA.

There's a series of walls that everyone has to make it over before they can move to the next. The winning team gets to drop one member's weight loss. Wait... how did she just explain that?

Muduh... does your Y have water aerobics?

Broadway, have you tried swimming or water aerobics? Either would be better on your knees.

We had a Y membership and I loved it. Then hubby "surprised" me and canceled the membership and bought a Bow-Flex. I could have killed him. The MOST expensive clothes rack EVER!
    That wall looks pretty tough!

OK they totally killed them with that first workout. I know they're trying to see how far they can push them but it just seems like it's too much, too soon.
