    Re: Biggest Loser 15

For some reason, I remember last season was supposed to be "one hour" - but then every episode turned out to be two hours long. Does anyone else remember this being discussed?

Regardless of how long it is, I'm glad it is back on. I love being inspired by these people, and I love watching the trainers. Yes, there are some hard luck stories but usually that's par for the course with weight gain. There's almost always something else going on emotionally, and it can be fascinating to watch the contestants learn how to deal with it and make their lives better.

Wait a second--I thought it started tonight. Could have sworn I saw it on NBC's website awhile back. But apparently it premieres on the 15th?

Why is the Voice on instead of Biggest Loser?

I'd rather have seen the Biggest Loser premiere than some recap sh*t.

You mean that Voice thing I saw was a recap? Waste of time NBC.

I also had read that it started on the 8th, but when I went to set the DVR it showed the 15th. Bah.

Looks like it should be a good season too. I am looking forward to seeing Ruben get some help (along with everyone else too of course).

This show is long overdue for a major format tweak; let's hope the shorter time brings other changes. Somehow I dont think so because they would be advertising that. I have not seen a commercial so maybe. Getting rid of Subway as a sponsor is too much to hope, I suppose.

One more vent. There is no way you can establish good eating habits for the rest of your life by eating this low fat diet. Eat fat, it is crucial for organ health, just include it in your calorie count for cryin out loud. I lost 25 pounds a couple of years ago and have maintained that. The only thing I watch are carbs and I don't totally eliminate them either.

Okay, I am done. Well, no. I am done for today.
