Besides Eric none of them have really gained an awful amount back. Some needed to gain some back from the finale.

    Re: Where Are They Now?

Well, Bill is rather at chubby at 215 for a guy who is 5'8". A few of my cube mates are that height and they range from 160 - 170.

Danny Cahill is OK but my sib is the same height and honestly he looks best at 180.

I also think Patrick could stand to lose at least 30 lbs. Still that is my opinion and the most important thing is for everyone to stay at a weight they can maintain for life.

Helen I don't blame for gaining weight that matches her height and not staying super skinny.

True. I didn't think about their heights. I know it's not easy keeping it off but so far many of them have done well. I also think it depends on their build.

John Rhode, last season's winner, is going to be at a 5k that I am running in on March 24th!! Pretty cool!

The gains are very reasonable. I'm very sure they severely reduce their calories & increase workouts leading up to the finale. Very understandable when 250k is on the line. Unless you make your living off your physique (trainers, celebrities) it's usually not feasible to stay in top form. It's time-consuming & exhausting. Even an olympic athlete doesn't stay in peak condition year-round.

I think if you consider 'ideal" weights for their heights the women have done a much better job at that than the men. Helen is the only woman who really gained after the finale and she was way too thin for her height at the finale. Now she's about right.
