I don't know about that either! Just thinking out loud, really. Perhaps a chemical imbalance in the obese that can be corrected with medication. I think they will find they are actually experiencing real hunger because the hormone that sends the hunger signal to the brain is out of whack.

I have battled with 20 pounds off and on in my life. I am not talking about this kind of overweight.
