    At least this level of weight loss this week is more normal. I am sure it has to be tough on the contestants though, poor guys they have worked so hard.

    They have been working out so much they are building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Muscle burns fat, so they are most likely lowering their body fat levels which is good. The rates they are at this week seem much more typical to weight loss. I don't think you can keep up losing 22 lbs a week. At least no one has gained weight!

    Okay, I take that back, Matt gained 3 lbs. I like Matt and hope he does not go home.
