    Season 14 - episode 11 - 03/11/13

    Watching the semi finale.

    They showed all the kids progress in the last 3 months. Binngo's mom has lost 5 dress sizes. We will be seeing the kids at the finale.

    All the trainers and contestants do a video review of their audition videos and a montage of themselves over the season.

    Danni and Jillian see Dr. H and Danni has put on 19 lbs on muscle in the last 3 months. Jillian is amazed.

    Loved climb the hill in the snow and put the weight back on last challenge. Joe finally wins a challenge. Danni comes in second. Jackson third and Jeff fourth and of course Gina last. All the team goes back and helps Gina finish.

    Doing the last "Last Chance Workout".

    Bob is having a moment with Jeff.

    They are airing the 15th anniversary of Jared losing 200lbs and keeping it off using Subway. Congratulations Jared.
