The red, white, and blue teams came back from their workout and found there was no food in the kitchen. Ali left a note for them to meet her at the local supermarket. The contestants had to shop on a budget, seventy dollars a week per person. They all get their food in the time they were given: 15 minutes.
There is an update on TC and Nikki. Nikki looks great! I didn't recognize her at all! She lost 50 pounds and TC lost also. They had a photo shoot and really liked their pictures.
The blue team is working hard because they think they'll lose the weigh in.
The kids at home are checking in on a webcam to their trainers.
Eating healthy on a budget demonstration in the ktichen. Devin Alexander says that she is not a tofu and carrot sticks chef.
Chef Alexander gives some food tips to eat healthy by saying to substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream etc. You can get more info on the web site for BL.
The challenge prize is a two-pound advantage on the scale OR a phone call home.
They have to fill a fountain with coins. The coins are actually big heavy 5 pound round things.
The blue team is doing great with the weigh-in. Everyone is doing well. Maybe they spent two weeks in real life time to lose all that.
The Red Team lost the weigh-in and Lisa went home. She's doing great so far!
I'm not so good on the names this season either, but if I've got the right story, he's a cop with a wife and 3 daughters, the youngest of whom has Rett's Syndrome. She looks about 7 but has the mind of about an 18 month old. Needs help walking. He's worried his poor health will make it ever harder to care for her as she ages. He seems to feel he's the primary caretaker of this child in some way. I would think he needs to talk with his wife about sharing the emotional (and physical?) load. ALthough if he's working all day unless the girl is in some kind of daycare I'm guessing the wife does a lot already.Originally Posted by CupidGuest
I missed about 20 minutes of BL and I missed David's story.
Nice to see the young dark haired woman on Bob's team finally lose double digits even if it was "just" 10 lbs. Bob still hasn't lost a player. This could be his year! Unless Jillian's solo player sticks it to the end and wins! She's looking large but fit, with a waist already. She used to be a swimmer she said.
Did I miss David's story? I am about 20 minutes in haven't seen it. Loved the beginning where they showed Nikki, the contestant who left and TC the first one eliminated. Again I wish they showed before and after shots as it is hard to judge the 50 and 80 lb loses without a reference point. Nikki looks typical of someone losing the weight but not toning enough to really show it. I do hope in her case that we do see her at the finale but in the audience just to see how she has done.

I missed a lot of the episode also. I'll have to watch sometime this week. For some reason I don't care for Jeff. Can't put my finger on why though.
I did update the chart. Alex was the biggest looser last night but Gina is in the lead overall. This is hers to loose. Joe is in second place and David is in third. Two blue and one red in top 3 as of right now. Danni is in fourth.
