Ah, for just one time I would take the Northwest Passage.
Compared to the other women, Conda still looks really large. Her shirt was definitely NOT doing her any favors.
Seeing the pics of them 9 weeks ago really drives home how some of them really haven't lost a great deal of weight by Biggest Loser standards.
They have all gone home and have 18 days to lose 5% of their bodyweight and if they do their will be no eliminations this week.
At home they have a rowing challenge, first one to reach 10,000m gets $10,000.00.

Chism has horrible technique.

10,000 meters takes about 40 minutes.

In fact they all have terrible technique.

Is 5% of their body weight in 18 days a safe idea for all of them? I do like the idea of an extended trip home, however, because unless they can make the right choices without the structure of the ranch is vital if they are really going to keep the weight off.
Why this woman is going to a fancy bakery to tempt herself I have no idea, however--except that it's obviously for the sake of the show. Why would you deliberately tempt yourself like that.
Though at least I can see the temptation there. It would be a lot harder for me to walk by a high end dessert than fast food. That chili dog and cheese fries don't even look good to me--and I just ate chili for supper, so it's not that I don't like chili. I just think that looks terrible.
Well according to Arthur Wornum' sYouTube blog he says that this season of contestants is actually weighting in in real 7 day weeks until his season where the weeks could be longer than 7 days. 18 days breaks down to 2.5 weeks therefore if the contestants can maintain a 2% weight loss each week they will be OK. For the lighter women, those under 200 lbs that works out to be just around 9.8 lbs or 5lbs for a full week. They made it doable.

I like Emily more and more each episode!
I really don't like Kim, but I hope she makes it to makeover week. Something needs to be done about her apparent affinity for sequined tops & trowelled-on eye makeup.
In fact, if she washed her face before weigh-in, it could be worth a pound on the scale.
