    Just joining the show (I've taped the earlier parts)---in time for last chance work outs... I'm actually seeing a lot of faces that look a lot thinner than they used to. Finally some visible change.

    Kim didn't get immunity nor did Mark. Kim's face looks saggy, but her body is looking better.

    Megan, Chris, Cassandra all safe, and all looking good. Cass actually has a waist. Chris' face looks good and her belly isn't sagging.

    I really like Chris' hair--looks very chic to me at all her weights---she's the only one who doesn't need a make over on the head. Her make up is great as well. Her skin looks good, taut. Her hair even looks pretty goad soaked in sweat, and that's a rarity!
