Well according to the Holy TV Guide online the BL episodes on 3/20/12 and 3/27/12 both run 120 minutes.
my DVR guide says 2hrs.
I think Jim was referring to the drama and chaos. I don't think he was disagreeing that the show would be reverting back to the usual two hours. :nerd
